is there an ATK SPD cap?
i recently made a video recording comparison.
SCREEN A
Ram muay Buff only = 300 ATK SPD
SCREEN B
Ram muay Buff + Frenzy = 550 ATK SPD
the recording shows either none or very very slight difference.
does anyone have an idea if there is a soft cap on ATK Spd?
if there is, anyone know the soft cap value?

woah, if atk spd would reach that high, i guess 300 atk spd would be sufficient for this build.
So in the end in ur current build would be better to leave Ram muay buff at lvl 5 and take frenzy, it would be most efficient.
yeah, that would be the case. good thing we had those census rewards. hahaha
