Not yet, the best you can do is exploit the market to transfer silver at a commission fee.
I have a feeling being able to transfer silver in the team storage will be a thing in the future though. I don’t really see why it isn’t a thing already because they ban RMT by entire teams, not individual characters (I hope?) so it is just a restriction for the players and the reason for said restriction makes no sense to me besides maybe stopping botters from dungeoning on multiple characters and combining the gold they make to sorta bypass the entry limits? I don’t know.

silver: no, and there probably never will be.
team storage: no, although it used to. it also used to cost potential. fortunately the patch hm… 2 weeks ago? fixed that, and team storage is “free” for all token users.
