I don’t use Facebook and I’d rather not use my Google+ account to log into the site. Seems like a pretty odd way of doing things.
There is no other way. Consider creating a fresh facebook/google account specially for ToS 
I suppose I’ll have to do that, although I like getting reply notifications sent to my regular email.
