Sometimes I attack accidentaly a mob when I’m jumping and running in circles, and I don’t know how to cancel this auto attack. Is there a way to cancel the auto attack? I’m playing with the ‘Mouse mode’.

Yeah this issue happens a lot on mouse mode. I use this mode too and it’s kind of annoying.
One way to deal with it is to use the WASD directional keys to cancel your attack.
