Since 11/03 monster gems have been dropping. They seem to give levels in a specific skill. But are there monster gems for just every skill possible? I’m particularly interested on Needle Blow, my favorite Wugushi skill.This would allow me to have Needle Blow level 6, 7, 8, even while not being Wugushi C2. Right?
Another question: If I find a Multi Shot gem and the skill is already level 15, is it possible to achieve level 16 on that skill? To go over the maximum level?
Should be possible since ludas staff can make my fireball goes up to lv16.

I assume this means that monster gems allow you to get a skill to level 16.
But then with some weapons adding to levels and with Cleric C2’s Divine Might one can theoretically achieve level 18-19 skill…
I wonder if they bothered correctly scaling all over-the-maximum skill levels possible… Well, this is a test.
Another question, how do the monster gems drop? As hard as a card at RO? And do they only drop in dungeons like any other gem?
