Is it or its still down?
It’s still not working, but there will be a maintenance tomorrow so hopefully it’ll get fixed.
Strange, it seemed as though it was half working today on Laima, although there was latency when trying to search for items or cycle through pages of items
It works only at the mornings. At the afternoon the Shout, Market and Party (Some times) are down. 
It was back for a short while until it came down again…
