I played the game since early access but stop after around 1k5 hrs due to server issues and fps drop. I already know people asking about this kind of topic alot ,sorry but i gonna ask agains. And the game still supporting add-on? Which add on i should use now?
I played a lot at the release and yeah I took a break too
I went back like yesterday with a friend to get a fresh start and let me tell you
Don’t even bother, the game is worst then it was at his release
Bugs everywhere, quest tracker is ■■■■■■ up you need to find some .pif made by someone to fix it
I’m not even talking about the quest who randomly bug and you can’t finish it
We have been playing like 3hours and we are stuck at the stupid crystal mine because of all those game bugs slowing us down
I’m really sad to see what the game has become, I really thought I could have fun playing it but it’s just crazy how terrible it became
The game is in a fine state right now.
The quest tracker being wonky doesn’t stop you from doing and finishing quests like you normally would.
The performance is much better. I only experience slight slow downs when I’m in the middle of klaipeda and when there are a gazillion people casting their skills, but it’s not a deal breaker and gameplay in general is smooth.
There’s a dedicated base of overly dramatic and angry people who want to paint the game as the worst invention since the atomic bomb. You should ignore them and try the game out for yourself and make you own judgment.
The game is clearly improving. However, the latest patch that introduced rank 10 also wiped all the optimizations and some fixes that were added previously. So if you started or returned after Sept 4, you may have bad experience with the gameplay. It will probably take a few weeks before it’s back to normal, so just be patient. Once lag and bugs are fixed, it should be enjoyable.
I also took a break playing this game last year and I just came back and the quest tracker is indeed annoying I’m glad that someone fix it but still not perfect still need to manually mark the quest to show up.
Actually any quest that requires you to use an quest item requires you to track it in order to use the item, unless you want to leave your inventory open and click on it from there and im not even sure that would work.

I think it’s unfortunate timing. I think the game has been in an upward trend, but the introduction of new things brought along a lot of bugs. Unforutnately if you’re in the earlier part of the game (like the Crystal Mines) you don’t get anything out of the new stuff except the bugs. Pretty terrible, but I have faith it’ll be fixed in a week or two.
