It…depends, I guess. But generally there aren’t very many classes, if any at all, that is viable only at C1.
@lemaitre_dulotus i was thinking of having of a little bit of support with a decent DPS. I looked up the classes and Linker and Thaumaturge has some good supportive skills but I’m afraid if i took those support classes I’ll have a hard time leveling them without a good damage hit.

Taking only wizC1 is not a bad idea if you don’t want to max DPS.
