Nope, you’re better off focusing on PVE then take peltasta instead of sword 2.
If you want a mix try Sword>pel>hop>cata 3>dragoon, not the best in pvp but you won’t get kited as much
as of the momemnt im sword 2 and i was aming for dragon =( should i remake a new character? or is their a way to save my current char?
Well, you can aim for a full pvp build with Sword 3 > Cata 3 > Dragoon.
Or reroll to a full pve character, if you’re playing on the older servers like telsiai you will see people saying
“LFM taunt/pelt” not LFM swordsman dps, you get the idea. If you want to PVE I suggest rerolling because people really hate swordsman classes w/out pelt in PVE

people will take you as last priority in parties
what if i change to fencer will sword 2 still be good?
You can follow your dreams of staying on Sword 2 path, but the problem is still the same due to the fact that you’ve missed peltasta which is currently a significant circle. For dragoon, you lose out on blocking, swash buckling. For fencer, you lose blocking, swash buckling and guardian evasion attribute.
You can reroll you’re still early in the game. but if you wanna pvp just go on with sword 3 cata 3
