Is Psycho-Chrono build good?

Hi, Im new to this game.I like Psycho because love to trowing a things but i also like to be The Lord of time so i come up with Psycho-Chrono build. I don’t know is it work or not?or use full againt anything? Should I change Pyro to Cryo? my main goal is good in PVP and beter in PVE . Any advice ?

I think you don’t need Stop that high because creep doesn’t receive damage when being stopped.
Put 1 point in Enchant Fire for the attribute decrease fire resistance.

Is Reincarnate and Back Masking good? Seriously what is the point of these skill.

Try to re spawn blue mobs and kill them again for more exp. And I think with Back Masking you can make a boss that just died com back to live. So you get (again) more exp and drops.

I don’t really know :)) you can add 1 point to those skill and try I wonder if Back Masking can revive your teammate if he just die (don’t know). Not many information about it
