Hello, guys. I am newbie in this game, and i want to ask some questions.
Is ping important in ToS? I heard that auto-attack builds are better with low ping, but what about doppel and inq?
Due to this question i can’t choose which server to play: EU with lower ping (0.1-0.2) and lower online, or NA with higer ping (0.3-0.4) and higher number of players.
It depends on classes you play.
For doppel, if you have highlander, skyliner is ping based.
At first, I thought the speed of my skyliner spam was fast until I saw KR vids of their doppels spamming Skyliner.
I was disappointed, my rate of spamming is like only 1/3 of theirs. The same with double punch.
It probably doesn’t matter much if you don’t compete for boss loot rankings or pvp, the game’s kinda easy anyway
Doesn’t matter. I have 20ms ping on Fedimian and still cannot play at all due to server lag/stuttering. I should try to connect to Klaipeda to see how ping affects the lag there (200ms ping). Maybe with higher ping you get less lag since it takes longer for the client to get the updates and would be less susceptible to data flooding?
