Is pd2 disenchant useful?

Hello, have you tested Disenchat yet? What values does it reduces prysical and magical defence of monsters and how Boosted Debuff works?

It’s as if you’re implying that Disenchant works like how Malleus does (or even better, since malleus only halves). Does nully armor really work that way? What’s the average r8 mob mdef anyway?

Isnt there a skill by miko that works like disenchant though?

Miko’s Gohei pretty much the most strongest buff/debuff dispeling skill atm(noted to remove Ausrine/SafteyWall/CounterSpell and such), it’s downside is, gotta use it in melee range.

is gohei like disenchant which requires chance though? if not then its pretty good even in melee

At the moment Gohei is with 4 overheat and 8 sec cd the strongest buff/debuf removal with a 100% chance success rate. Kinda OP if you ask me :slight_smile:

i already test it and cant see any diference in pve … but at pvp redeuces all defenses to 0.
at pd3 this skills will remove all bufs from 17 players and reduce defenses to 0, this is better than gohei for me.

The investment though is too heavy imo. You need to max it for 100% chance and you have to wait pd3. You also have to sacrifice some damaging skills. We’ll see though. Too early to theorycraft.

And in what scenario will you be able to hit 17 ppl with one use of disenchant? It’s not like we’re all going to line up perfectly for you :slight_smile: .

In pvp there is always movement. The only time when you’re able to hit a lot of people is when they are all clumped up in a raise. So most of the time you get more bang for your buck with Gohei with its 4 uses every 8 seconds instead of the 52? Second cd from disenchant (with 10 points invested at c3)

Have you checked it on different enimies? If it haven’t any difference in PVE, i’d better save 3,5M on attribute for other purposes)))

Cuz it sounds very cool to nullify an eney defence and raise attack of all your other skills for 25s.

sure, its very hard to get 17 players, but you will not have a limitation by skill number on gvg anymore.
remove all buffs / remove all defenses on a decent range its good for me

Not much difference (about non-existent tbh), tested it on various R8 mobs (phys and mage), perhaps it’s only Pdef nullification after all. Because otherwise, it would be outperforming Malleus debuff in terms of Mdef reduction, which clearly never happened as for my exp

Yes, I think that there definately will be a lot of rerolls. The thing is; for oracle-kab-inquis there’s no room in their builds, because otherwise they’d have to give up their only anti cc skill… I think we’ll be seeing more miko-pd’s though. Scary stuff.

I’m playing with a friend doppel so PDEF reduction is very good. But how much is it? Could you test it on bosses with normal attack, please)

Just like Break Armor, it varies from mob to mob, Blue Pag Doper with 362PDef for instance would theoretically mean 362 more PDamage , but I wouldn’t really count on that exact figure tho as there’s still resistance, damage penalty and such to consider.

I’d try to update this post with proofs hopefully 8-10hrs from now

Tested it by myself. No, it doesn’t work on monsters - I tried on Cerebrus and Firelord in 190 dungeon with physical and magical attack - numbers was exacly the same. But as a debuff it’s very useful for my Incineration. Personally I using it all the time to extend duration and then my Black Death is on cd or resisted.
