Is miko diev gonna be nerfed?

do u guys think that its gonna be nerfed or not? is it a bug or intended?

what do you mean exactly by nerf? Miko isn’t even out yet. Why nerf those 2 classes? Miko is the perfect solution for Deiv OPness.

nope. clerics own this game so why nerf it.

Cleric isn’t op, Cleric is jack of all trades and jack of all trades is godlike in a game where you can compensate for ± everything if you have enough transcendence on your equip and/or enough % boost through attributes.

Dievdirbys isn’t as good as many people think, he’s a full utility class, and Miko won’t change this much, even if the statues stand for eternity and you can get hundreds of owls over several hours of standing still…
This won’t make charges used up on Ausrine come back or move the statues that were pushed around on the map back into the middle to participate in the fight again.

So,unless Miko really starts to help magic circles (either by Clap or by the possible attribute on Houki Broom that prolongs nearby magic circles while sweeping the floor; this is just datamined, might never become reality) it will be just a mediocre enhancement of Dievdirbys. It helps alot to skip certain classes in your build previously needed for AoE damage/curing/dispelling,though, but that’s the same for every Cleric, not just limited to Dievdirbys.

So,there will be no nerf. There is no need for it since Clap has 35 seconds CD time and enhances the duration only by 5 seconds per skilllevel,which makes it hard to maintain everything while actually having a valuable gaming experience…

so is miko bugged then since it does not affect all magic circles? what cleric classes do u think would be better if miko clap affected all magic circles, better than diev?

The problem of actually answering this is that most Cleric skills that damage and are magic circles have hitlimits.
The only counter example I can come up with is Mikos Hamaya, which has no hitlimit, making Miko a perfect-self-synergetic class in that aspect.

On the supportive side, there are also many limited circles (e.g. Safety Zone only lasts up to 49 hits, no matter how long it is maintained in one place). The skills that would benefit the most are Oracles Counterspell and Foretell, but that’s ± about it.

cleric2-krivis3-miko-x-taoist

what would x be then?

i cant decide between cleric3, priest and oracle

Cleric3

  • super heals
  • super safety zone
  • divine might
  • super fade, coupled with taoist invisible skill u can be invisible forever
  • guardian saint for tanky and sabotage ppl u hate (but does it have a purpose in soloplay? if u give it to urself dont u get defense or something?)

Priest

  • can revive people
  • has a seperate cooldown mass heal

Oracle

  • can protect from magic with counterspell
  • counterspell could potentially last forever if mikos skill works for all magic circles

what do u think i should choose?

cleric3 so no one dies? priest1 to help ppl that die and have another heal? or oracle for more utility?

If you go to Circle 2 of Priest, you will have Mass Heal, Circle 1 doesn’t have that, but you will have Resurrection (and be able to use Blessing for the Double Heal damage, without having to get a buff in town everytime it ends, depending on how you play, of course).
But, Priest 1 is a good way of getting a few more possibilities on your character.

Cleric 3, only to say my opinion, is an overkill most of the times, but, more Heal is never bad, that is for sure.
Don’t believe that Guardian Saint has use while Solo, and, can be pretty risky to use this unless you have someone in party that understands what is going on or that you hate, haha.
For me, it is a good pick on Sadhu classes, for others, maybe, maybe not, it will depends on what one is going for.

Oracle has a good thing about it, that Circle 1 gives you plenty things that can help/are interesting to use.

Don’t know everything, can’t say too much. I said things more with my opinion involved than anything else.

so then cleric3 or oracle? oracle or cleric3?

On my personal liking, I would go for Oracle.
But! You should see what you would like to add in your build in the first place, utility, more support, a bit of damage, such things would give you a better oportunity to choose something that wouldn’t make you regret/dislike your build later.

What if…they haven’t brought in Miko yet because they want people to use their rank reset scrolls into the class then nerf it later so you waste the scroll. :smile:

Same question that I would ask here. Although the most reliable answer will coming from kTos thread…

I believe it will be fixed (not nerfed people…:expressionless:)but who knows. I’m sick of getting IMC’ed everytime :smirk:

And I am pretty sure that clap will be only for some magic circles only.
-Hint: look at sterea troph…

Now look at history of certain skills like Simony, Burrow, Change, Pandemic. Now they are limited only works with SOME skills.

SADHUMAN they not only nerfed the OOB “bug” but like the whole class into oblivion. Never trust these people to do the right thing or fix their own mistakes in any timely manner.

I have to disagree here. Just look what they made cleric in this game.

TBL dominated with cleric. Why?
Solo ET 1f cleric. Why?
Uphill solo cleric. Why?

people out there are debating diev 3 is broken. More so with miko.

Nahhhh statues combo is not that good…

why?

Please try imagine.
1 When you fight with insane mob at rank 8 quest you have to create owl statues to fight with them. But you will need to wait cd for create 3rd, 4th statues. after you can create army of statues you will found out you can see only 3-4 mob in that area…because mob of this game will re-spawn around the point of area. If no one go to defeat it. you will not see a mob re-spawn around you.

2 If you think it will be op in boss fight… you’re wrong. I think you have seen boss knockback an object in the mission 100 before. and that’s a reason. also if you have play R8 content before. you will know swordman can burn boss hp within 10 sec. while you have only 2 owl statues and need to wait cd.

3 Ausrine have ppl limit. with out krivis 3 combo. clap is like nothing.

So I don’t think they will nerf clap+statues combo.

guy, the statues of diev NO ITS A MAGIC CIRCLE. the game treat the statues like objetos NO titles, any play diev here? or just theory craft?

Well, you’re talking on different case here.

On mobile and on grinding, diev statues are good but once you leave that spot, the statues are left alone and sad

But on defense PvE , it’s beast. Uphill defense, ET, Guarding tower GvG for example.

If this is really the case, then PROBABLY another classes that benefit from clap will be corsair’s jolly roger, Warlock’s invoke, Necro’s dirty pole, Cyro’s ice wall,etc…:fearful:
