I mean, when you get this level you easily see that you have an exp reduction, its easier to go from 46 to 50 than go from 45 to 46. (Leveling in the same place!) Is that a bug, or its meant to be like that?
If its not a bug, is it happen again in other levels?

This is not a bug as far as I know. The exp curve drops a lot on some points, such as from level 16 to 17, from 46 to 47, 86 to 87 and so on. You can take a look at the specific points here: http://www.tosbase.com/game/exp-tables/base/
I’m not sure if the exp amounts are accurate, but I can guarantee the 16-17 and 46-47 drops.

I found it weird at the beginning, but now I can kind of see the reason. Think about a situation where it’s getting really hard to level and the grind is starting to get boring. With the exp drop, you now start feeling you are advancing a lot and will feel motivated to play. That’s one way to see it (:
These are also the point where you are expected to be able to job advance (to my understanding).
The EXP reduction are clear indicators at 15, 45, and 85 where as during my time of playing I job advanced at 14 and 46. Maybe its like a soft EXP reset to help out with the new class abilities?
