I wish there was a fresh server again. No way that is happening obviously, but a fresh server with no transcendence would be like a dream come true.
With the new event, itās maybe even better to start on a new account so you can have all the bonuses 
No transcendence means 95% of all classes are completely useless again and Solmiki is not possible.
About playability:
ToS is only chores. Just chores all day forā¦ nothing. You canāt even do the chores faster by clearing more chores. Actual content doesnāt exit.
Itās actually better to get a real job because that gives payment at least.
But questing to 330 for 1 or 2 times is nice after that one can quit until next rank patch.

and when u start thinking making alts for tree of dailies, trust me, quit it n find another game to play. save u lots of trouble, and u get more fun instead of tree of dailies.

You canāt balance the entire game with ET in mind. This is what holds the game back and you know it.

Who cares for balance that horse is long since dead.
Just make Transcend cheap and affordable and every class is strong and ready for ācontentā. If everyone has access to stage 10 transc on weapon you can run more class combs at the only high level garbage content we have - Solmiki.
Transcend was a good bandaid in my opinion because a lot ofbad classes have good hit counts with low dmg = fixed, class is back. But instead of bringing some fun to alts the insane cost reduced everything to boring chores of saalus and dungeons. For example IMC could rescale the Blessed Gems to 1,2,3,ā¦,10 which makes up for 550 shards total and every stage exactly costs 10 shards for 10% dmg.
Will never happen anyways. More cash grabs and milking options for whales until it dies is what IMC wants. Best thing one can do is quest through all maps and enjoy the story and after this quit until next content (probably at least a year).
