As the topic mention, since i will less play the game now. What the best build for Squire3? i though of going between Sw3>pelt>Sq3>sninobi and Sw>Pelt3>Sq3>murmilo. Hopefully the answer is base on the topic mention. Thanks

squire3 is currently bugged and has been bugged for over 6 months now
the reason why base camp is soo powerful is because they last for hours, so at any time if you lose your food buffs you can run back to your base camp and make more food for your party + you dont have to waste 22k silver everytime you want to buff
well some patch 6+ months ago broke base camps, and they disappear whenever you change channel or change maps. and ill be damned if im going to spend 22k silver + cost of food everytime i want to use my squire abilities
also they released a new skill for squire3 called deadly combo, which does 2800 damage and has no other affect. AS A RANK 7 SKILL. literally could not be more pathetic and ignorant of the developers
squire still has not been fixed, therefore you cant have a “good” squire build. go with what seems fun
heres a few fun examples
take corsair1 for iron hook and you can switch between arrest + iron hook
sword3-hoplite-squire3-murm (sword3 for restrain hoplite for multi-hit attacks murm for good base damage + hoplite skills go well with murm)
literally anything you can think of, dont go the pelt3squire3 route because it has no benefits. nobody will take you to endgame content (trust me on this) just go with what seems fun. there are no “good” squire builds so go with your heart
if you truly are a squire brethren then youll understand what im saying here, otherwise just choose something else. i was squire3 for 11 months and im mainly known as the only squire main. if you believe im wrong about anything please elaborate so i can explain further.

its worth to reset, if you really want a squire 3. Currently Fortune cookie and other food/potion buffs work nicely on base camp.
Squire3 base camp benefits all your charaters with 95mins buff (divine might). The attributes for duration only works on yourself.
Basic red ox = 10mins infinite stamina with base camp its 30mins
i went the pelt 3 route, its good for low level grinding at demon prison (lv 15 swash is nice)
Sw3 would be really nice for future ranks in pvp.
careful skill allocation allows you to have lv 10 base camp and refreshment table + either lv 15 repair or weapon maint.
There is another benefit of base camp, Teleportation. you can easily warp to fedimian without walking for your lv1 char.

nice points there @joeswaaz, I for one was actually about to go sw1 > pelt3 > sq3 > murm,
my only concern with sw3 > hop2 is the aoe clears? I’ve never laid hands on the sword tree ever, so would really appreciate any educated input
also should I go 2:1 DEX:CON on that hop build?
you cant go hop2 if youre planning on squire3
I also plan on reseting my dop2 to squire3 since he is not my main anymore. I will go pel1 bar2 squire3 dopc1, why? Because no one can stop me XD
I guess i better follow your advice since i have low knowledge about squire. Hmm how about sw3>hop>sq3>shinobi? since the deadly combo with bunshin is kind of Powerfull. If sw3>hop>sq3>mur is better than sw3>hop>sq3>shinobi …then it is a yes for that build.

shinobi is an amazing class, its one of my favorites. but it has one major flaw. a flaw soo big that its even prevented me from even making one
bunshin clones can use skills from other classes, however which skills they can use can change at any moment. one day they cant use rode3 skill shooting star, next week they can.
any moment IMC can decide to add or remove a skill in which the clones can/cant use. and this will be done without notice (secret classes are never mentioned in patch notes, even in korean version. miko class in last weeks patch notes being one rare example but technically even that was not mentioned)
shinobis used to go sword3 for double slash bunshin, then theyd normally take corsair for easy setup of clone cast time while iron hook is activated. fast forward a month or so and imc randomly adds shooting star to clones skill list. without notice. ANY TIME IMC DECIDES TO BUFF/NERF SHINOBI CLASS BY ADDING/REMOVING SKILLS FROM OLD/NEW CLASSES WE WILL NOT BE NOTIFIED.
you are the guinea pig, one day your class will be great. next month IMC decides to add corsairs pistol shot to clone skills then BAM your class is useless.
murmillo is the better choice, shinobi is a solid choice for r7 though if you dont plan on using 2h spears.
keep in mind all of this is coming from someone who has not played shinobi, i really really want to. but its a 100% chance of failure. the only way to know when shinobi is buffed/nerfed is by other shinobi’s. imc will never tell us. and shinobi is the only class that is affected this much by other classes in terms of random patch notes having a chance of completely ruining your build. (not talking about equipment like agny or whatever, i mean for classes in general)
never heard of bunshin clones using squire3 skill, but i havnt looked into clones for a few months now. they only use skills from i believe highlander sword1-2-3 and rode1-2-3 (this isnt 100% correct but its a place to start for your research on a good build)
Still too early to plan… unless you know what end class you are getting.
Example, since squire is lack of dps, i might go centurion for end class.
As long you are happy with your choice. If it is that bad, be the best among the bad.
There was once another squire c3 who went hoplite route and said pelt c3 was stupid. Had to spam skill, thanks for the red gem five hammer that i ranked 4th and him 5th.
If anything goes wrong, just open shop.
Wew your word kind of true though. Just got my own shinobi with hop corsair 3 build. Most all the corsair skill cant be use while bunshin except for the hook trick. Meanwhile even finestra buff n other hop skill cant be copy by bunshin. Rip haha. Nevermind i make it for fun. Ok my choice now is Sw3>hop>sq3>mur. What should my stat would be and what skill should i pick for a better tommorow? Thank you
go with dex, mostly dex + con
skills for what? ur hoplite shinobi? kinda a dead end. go with what seems fun
basecamp disappears if there is 0/100 in a channel, so atleast there should be some1 in a channel
