personally i think it’s a fun game,
though at the moment, all you do is quest, quest, quest and quest, then grind, then quest again, then grind again
depends on what you are looking for, for me, there are nothing out there that interest me right now except Repopulation
Sometimes some bug…But god, this game is awesome.
Some fix, and learns meta and lets go
And honestly, its one of the best action rpg of the time

If you come to a Forum to ask if you should do something, expect NOT to do it. A very small minority actually use the forums, and in most cases it’s negative. I check the forums because every once in awhile I’ll find a rare gem.
As for your reasoning to come back or not;
I personally enjoy the game quite a bit. Enough that I struggle to control my Alt-icidus. The netcode within the game could def use some work, but from my understanding has seen small updates improving the coding. (ie: Stuttering when bots spam chat)
IMC has been taking care of Bots in intervals and have done a pretty good job. At one point we had so many bots, and then the next day; it was like a brand new game. Of course they’re back on the rise, but you will never stop which is easily attainable.
Trading restrictions will/have been reduced after tomorrows patch. The game is a Sub game (token) and offers a F2P Demo. Which you don’t have to honestly pay a dime, specially as cheap as Tokens are right now.
BRs are getting their own server. Thankfully. Good for them, good for everyone else. Anyways, so the problems still lie but are being worked on. As for if you should play or not; Well, that’s up to you. I honestly love the game. So much I’ve spent over 150$ on it. Our views and opinions may or may not differ.

people who enjoy the game usually use their free time ingame, so in forum there’re more people who don’t enjoy game or encounter problem ingame and come here to find solution/complain.
If you still unsure you should wait for f2p open and try the game yourself.

It’s not worth playing unless you are looking for a generic korean MMO, and even then you are better off just playing the numerous korean MMOs which already exist and are fully functional, unlike ToS
If I had to recommend a MMO to someone then I would say that FF14 is the best modern MMO on the market right now. It does nothing groundbreaking and the basics are kinda boring, but it executes these basics very well and has some neat features.
If I had to recommend a good game to someone then I would say don’t play MMOs

Lag spikes has been dealt with a long time ago. As for BRs, I heard IMC is opening a SA server. I don’t really mind them tho. Bots aren’t in every map. Mostly in low level maps. But it’s not like you can’t quest. Spam in all chat is easily solved by blocking them. I don’t know what sudden death is. I’ve never experienced it and I’ve been playing since launch. Restrictions on player trades and market could’ve been better. I personally don’t mind tho as it is the selling point of tokens.
I have nothing against you, but if you really like the game, just play it. Only whiny bitches complain about these things. Exactly what kind of miracle are you waiting for? IMC is doing their best to make the game better, but it’s not gonna happen overnight.

Yup. You definitely should play. The game is fun and IMC’s measures are fine, they’re not perfect, but they’re doing all they can to provide us a good service.
Those ones who are complaining about RMT/bots, server instability and/or P2W probably haven’t played many games in their launch period.
you will struggle when you reach high-leveled maps. you can’t finish your quest that easily while bots are everywhere. not to mention they will KS your quest mob!!!
Too bad for ya. Change server. Or wait till they fix it. By you spamming threads and crying about it isint going to change anything. Grow up and learn to be patient.
Personally, I prefer to join when it’s new and exciting with new people to explore with…
I don’t really mind the imperfections of this game at the moment though there has got to be some improvements to be done… Give them time to improve, a lot of time… I’m pretty surprised they actually did some pretty big decisions efficiently, like making shout req lvl40… Banning so many accounts etc… Sure it may not be the best solution and ppl do get around the changes but at least they took notice and are trying…
I also don’t mind supporting them by purchasing the packs because I love this game… Of course I’m not saying everyone should do the same! =P No offense…
On the other hand, if u are a perfectionist, I would suggest u to wait it out… No point frustrating yourself with this much issues in game…
