In CB/OB you used to be able to get it from the old fedimian missions or IIRC the party quests like the vuvuzela. If anyone knows, I’d love to know cause I really want one and never thought of trying to get it back then. I always thought it would be around to get lol.
wow it does seem quite pretty
after some digging, apparently there is no way to get it since the old bramble has been replaced by lame bramble (compared by the drops). but i could be wrong, so far havent seen that magic wand anywhere

That’s so dumb that they removed it if that’s the case. They need to bring it back. If we can still get the vuvuzela and toy hammer, we should be able to get the twinkle rod.
