I want to play with mouse but use asd / qwe for skills is it possible?
Find your tree of savior install folder which should be located “steam > steamapps > common > treeofsavior > release” and then locate a file called hotkey_mousemode. Open it and then press ctrl+f, click “mark” and type “key=”, no ". This will help you find what you need when changing the keybind. Look alongside the left and it will have the names for the keybinds. Find what you need to change, look for “key=” and change the value (the keybind) inbetween the "s to what you want while leaving the "s in place.

HotKey ID=“QuickSlotExecute1” Name=“퀵슬롯1” DownScp=“QUICKSLOTNEXPBAR_EXECUTE(0)” UpScp=“None” Key=“1” UseShift=“NO” UseAlt=“NO” UseCtrl=“NO” OnEdit=“NO”/
That is your first skill on the hotbar which is 1. Located "key =“1” and change it do whatever you want to use for skill 1.
Before you do this, be sure to copy the file and paste it somewhere as backup in case you do something wrong and accidentally saved.

It seems overwhelming at first, but it’s not. The only thing you need to look for is the names on the far left that come after “ID”, and the value in between the "s that comes after “key=”. Ignore everything else.
BTW mine might look different because I’m not using the standard notepad. I’m using Notepad++ which makes reading a bit easier.
