I almost never use this skill (got 1 point in it so far) and it removes your weapon but I keep reading builds and they all take it because of the attribute it gets…is it worth it over 5/5 dragntooth and 5/5 serpentine??
I’d go for 5 tooth, 4 serp, 5 bolg, 1 soar.
I think it’s a PvP skill
It is more PvP oriented, since you’re gonna be being kited and getting the spear is really easy.
For PvE i think you could leave soar 4 and gae 1.
The attribute on that skill makes it boss since it adds an additional hit per hit on your multihit skills for 5 seconds I think. Lvl it to 5, pick up attribute, and reset it back to 1 so you can pump your dps skills.

If you don’t get the attribute then the skill is best left at one or you can give points from dragon soar into it if you want.
