Is it just me or

… does it feel like too many people (including me) didn’t receive a key?
I can see more posts of “I didn’t get a key” than “I got one”, so I’m just curious.
Did they really filter all fake accounts and those countries that weren’t included in the selection process?

Just my 2 cents…

Me and 11 more people have not got a key :frowning:
it’s a bit strange.

There were nearly 13,000 unique accounts when the registration period ended…

So even if 5,000 of those were fake, that would leave 3,000 “legit” users keyless. Also note, some people got multiple keys through different contributions.

More like, people who got the key are relaxed, happy and moved on, waiting for the actual date to play, while people that didn’t get the key are unhappy, sad, sulking in the foruns, cursing the world for not giving them a key.
I guess that sums up my very existence… yup.

Well, no one of I and my 6 friends got a single key, so maybe we’re just unlucky. :frowning:

It’s just 5,000 players. They are going to test the game and polish it as they find bugs/errors. Why does everyone believe they’re entitled to be a beta tester anyway?

From looking at some of the discussion threads about players… I’d say a lot of the other testers are at work.So they might not have a chance to post about it. ^ ^a

Well, to answer to that, because everyone had the chance to be a beta tester. No one had preferred treatment regarding others, so indeed, everyone was entitled to be a beta tester. Some just are more lucky than others.

At least 10% of the people that got the keys don’t even understand English very well, and won’t even bother looking out for bugs. At least 2-5% applied just because they can, and it seemed like a nice game to them, but they won’t like it, and they will quit after playing for one day.

That’s why I hate limited beta tests, but oh well. I got other things to play, but you know, it’s always disappointing when you’re super hyped about something, and you can’t get it. :stuck_out_tongue:

Well to answer simply, some of us don’t want to be disrespectful towards those who didn’t got into the beta…
Me and some of my guildies got keys but we aren’t creating posts about “Hur dur see, I got a key I’m luckier them everyone else hur dur”. Well, there is always the next one, so don’t give up now fellows Toasters!!! :+1:

They’re not entitled to anything, they’re just candidates like everyone else. Besides, they’re just going to test the game, not reach the level cap and brag about it on social media sites.

MEEEEEEEE i dont got key

All my friends and I got keys.

That’s not the real number.
The real number is hided, since what you used for you calculation is the number or people registered to THE FORUM, not the main page.

Yeah, generally I would be but, I am off on weekends =)

I wish this were even half true,I hardly believe that all 5,000 or even 4,000 of those 5 would actually test the game and look for bugs.j

They’re high chances that IMCGames decided to give a key for players who are investing theirself more than random guys who just clicked on the login button on the main page. Github and Fansite managers are close to be a proof.

Well i got lucky and got one. Only registered once and i still can’t believe i got a key. Really didn’t expect one as 5000 keys does sound like a really really small test.
I am sure the next CBT is gonna bemuch larger and i hope all of you get in then! gl

Yep most of the people who got keys don’t bother announcing that they got keys, only the unlucky ones are frustrated enough to keep making threads.
FYI: me and my 4 friends got 2 keys.

2 keys each? :o so you five got 10 keys in total? talk about lucky!
