Is it just me or the fps and stuttering issues are back?

Before filing a support ticket, I’d like to check if I’m the only one having fps and increased stuttering issues after the last maintenance. Until last Tuesday, things were fine here, but, after the last maintenance, the game takes a lot more time to open, loading screens are longer and I’ve been constantly having fps and stuttering issues, aside from graphical glitches for many skill animations.

I already tried the following:

• Closing and re-starting the game client
• Checking the status of my HDD
• Searching for updates for my video card driver
• Disk defragmentation
• Repairing ToS files on Steam
• Removing all addons

Could it be that the last fixes are related to these issues?

I’m having some lag moments and a lot more of Disconnects… couldn’t come up with anything that can be related, they are very random. But the lag don’t last, it is like a minute or so having delayed response, then goes away.
