Or should I just get Krivis for rank 5? My build is currently high in Spr.

Well now after the blessing updates and seeing you’re a SPR build, maxing Blessing and leaving Aspersion and Sacrament at 1 is best regardless of whether you take Chaplain or Krivis.
The benefits you get from Chaplain are lower now and especially with a SPR build, Krivis is better now. You should get Priest 3 for sure, regardless of whether you go for Chaplain or Krivis, though. Cleric 2 is also a very good choice for 6th job, but it depends on how far you want to plan ahead as Rank 8 classes will change the optimal choice a bit around.
Do you think I should still put more int? Or just concentrate on Spr and con? Will my heal tiles suck at lvl 200+?
I’d go full SPR (and the usual CON), rather than mixing. If you want to be able to sufficiently heal with pure SPR then pick Cleric 2. Heal 10 combined with (well-targeted) Mass Heal 8-10 provides enough healing for your group even without a single point into INT. And if you pick Krivis you also have Aukuras.
If you don’t pick Cleric 2, you are more the buffer than the healer, which is not bad by itself, but your group better brings some HP pots.
It’s enough to pick Cleric 2 as 5th or 6th job, you don’t have to pick it early.
