Is Impaler Worth the Skill points?

As the title says. Is it worth the skill points to max Impaler for PVPs? This means sacrificing Steed Charge and Earth Wave.

NOPE

Impaler 1 is enough for utility best to put points on earth wave or trot

What about Earth Wave and Steed Charge? Which one is better?
