Is IMC trying to communicate with us?(This feature may solve it)

I would like to point out that many players addresing the lack of communication from IMC but truly speaking, their staff are working non stop on different topics across forum.
For proof, you guys can check some of the staff profile and see that they’re trying to give feedback from lot of places on forum except General Discussion since it’s too crowded (for example @STAFF_Max) . And they do want to communicate with us but I do believe they’re cannot do more than what they’re doing right now. Well, at lease the lead developper @hkkim gave his precious time to answer the most popular rage quit post right now.

So the feature I want to say is adding additional tab that will show any staff online on forum and their online time. Also, any of non believer that IMC is lacking communication can check their profile anytime.
Of course, I would suggest none of you should spam their messenger and let them do their job.

It is just a small feature to show that the staff are showing to take care of our problem. Hope someone can express my idea better, since I’m very sleepy atm.

lets say

we pick a group of player as representative to weekly pick most important questions (through voting or any means) for certain numbers like 10 per week.

and we have imc staff reply on that 10 questions, no more, no less, on weekly basis. like they were doing in development blog post since pre beta release.

i see this way, as user we expect answer from imc in predictable maner while not pushing them too hard and interupt their regular work.

And @TueHa do you mean something like in the WP forums who show those who are online and on what topic they are in?

I though about this idea when I see the World Status at News page
Tbh, It’s kinda resemble to WP forum but only for staff, furthermore would violate privacy rights of ppl.

I remember there is an indie game developer company. They did a feature that their staff can post a list of known issues/bugs and players can upvote which issues are most important to them.

May I suggest something similar? This way IMC can show that they recognise all the issues and can prioritise the issues we believe are most urgent.

For the love of god, no more “representatives”.

Though people start to spam in shout chat “GM, pls fix long stride bug”, blablabla. Laughed hard when the GM even replied it lol.

Feedback and Communication from the Staff Are Insufficient

From now on, we will have a regular Q&A time with the Dev Team based on the opinions from you, the users. Also, a CM will gather up questions raised on the forum and forward them to the Dev Team and provide our users with answers.

They really want to communicate with us as little as possible because this (forum, not in game) community is absolute garbage. We made staff julie quit, and I’m sure we’ll make future staffers quit as well. I don’t blame them at all.

Should have Up vote feature like 9GAG or MS Insider Hub. The posts which have high UP Vote will be considered by GM first. :slight_smile: Like is ok but I think up vote is more useful
