If you carry your pet around while you level, is the exp shared between you and your pet, resulting in less EXP going to your character?

Your exp is not split between you and your pet.
Your pet generates as much exp as you get regardless of your pet’s level.
If you don’t get exp, your pet doesn’t get exp.
Your pet doesn’t suffer level penalties.

Also, is the exp split between parties members? I wonder if I would gain more exp if I soloed siauliai everyday…
not really… but solo siaulai give 150k exp each boss
queue bonus 500% make it 600k exp per boss
if u can solo, why not~
queue is wasting time anyway… n random card drop to party.

but i finish queue within 10 seconds (minimum time to enter queue)

only on certain chars and “prime time”
best runs can last less than 5 mins
already got 9 GM cards from siau, 7 of which is only on one character 
not sure if i can finish solo within 5-10 mins, i need to git gud
