Do pets take up part of the experience we earn? I noticed that pets aren’t that useful later on and they’re probably only good for when you’re making a new character. When I try to test it, it seems that they take 1% of the EXP gain but I’m not sure if that’s accurate.
I read that they leveled much faster in the first CBT and could actually deal damage you which is why people recommended it, but right now they lag 20+ levels behind and always do 1’s. I don’t really see a reason to keep it if they’re just leeching off of my exp even if it’s just 1% 'cause the grind here is real. 
Would keep it if they don’t take EXP though, sometimes the tanking is useful.
