Is Cryo worth going INT?
If its for pve like cryo3 wiz2 psycho1 rune1 then yes. If cryo3 chrono3 then no.
it depend on what your other 3 rank choice.
if it Ele3, Kino, or any other class that do damage then yes.
Cryo3 by itself is not recommend for high INT.
So what is best in term of DPS/INT with Cryo3?
full con cryo3sorc2wl is not that bad specially in pvp 
Cryo3Ele3 is not bad Ice Pillar + FC
Cryo3Kino for ice wall combo, not really recommend full INT
Cryo3Pyro3 has potential Fire Snowball or Ice/Fire Pillar combo, it also look pretty good with Sage (i’m hoping ;D)
