Hello, really new to this game. I didn’t know whether the slash bonus for the barbarian’s cleave was fixed or if it scales with cleave level in some way. Could someone tell me?
Also, the main source I go to for skill explanations is tosbase.com. But it didn’t provide that info in its explanation. Are there any other sites for detailed skill info?
