I remember some Australians settling on sea servers, you can try Telsiai and Varena
don’t worry about the language barriers, everyone speaks english by default
for vpn-- likely mudfish
if you’re aussie or kiwi don’t play on NA servers you will be fcuked by the daily reset timing
I’ve played on Telsiai before I quit, trying to make a comeback only this time I’m hesitant to pay subscription for WTFast VPN service which worked in the past.
I’ve paid for mudfish but this doesn’t seem to have helped much… I’m playing with 400~600ms which is hardly bearable.

I’m using basic mode and have tried the following.
AU Oceania (Sydney - HostUS)
HK Asia (Hong Kong - HostUS 2)
Two of which are the fastest according to their calculator but in game I receive a consistent result of 500ms, making it hard to play.
yes, try others, the calculator isn’t really accurate sometimes
Playing from Sydney here, I get around 220 ms with some rare spikes to 280 ms. I use kill ping which I find works better than wtfast.
