Is there a build that can pull this off? That can heal well, buff well, but also have enough power on its own to solo really well too for grind/farm purposes if needed? I’m a old ragnarok online player and in that game a full support preist bascally couldn’t do anything on their own, since I believe ToS is by some of the same people I hoped they kinda fixed thsi issue.
The short answer is no. The somewhat longer answer:
Full support means atleast Cleric 2 and Priest 2. Between Clerics Cure 10 and Priests Blessing combined with Sacrament(lv3+ attribute), you can kill mobs at an okay pace.
A high level cure combined with Blessing will make short work of of any single mob, including quest bosses…If its not flying that is.
So you wont be completely useless, but your grinding speed wont be super fast either.
Yeah but won’t I do like no physical damage due to no strgenth? or does it somehow do magicl dmg with those 2 things active? and using matk? How would I go about doing that anyway? cleric 1, priest 1 then cleric 2 etc? or?
You get a lot of damage from Blessing and Sacrament. You can stack more damage by using items that give + elemental property attack or + hits.
Cleric1-> Priest2 -> Cleric2
Reason being you get an extra hit from Sacrament which requires Priest2, and Blessing bonus damage is added to all hits, including that one.
Cleric 2 is what gives you Cure 10 which is really good against single targets, with the draw back that it cant hit flying targets, and some bosses like to jump around it.
More importantly tho, it gives you 10 healing cells for Heal 10, and up to 40 blocks for Safety zone (vs 5 cells and 10 blocks with Cleric1), so your healing in dungeons becomes much better.
I forgot to add that you will also want atleast one rank of Krivis for a full support build, as Daino is pretty much a must have.
