I was thinking of going to battle priest if the english version will be released. What I mean is going to Str-Con stat type of priest because from what I noticed only heal will be affected by Int stat while the other buffs are not. By the way, this is my skill build when I tried the simulator:

There’s a skill that turns INT into STR. I forgot the name, though.
Does your build just rely on auto attack? It has no attack skills…
i don’t think battle priest is a viable build, because you don’t have any offensive physical skills. but here’s what skills i would choose:

wouldnt it be more practical to go cleric>priest3>monk3? if you really just want to bash out heads while still retaining priest skills?
I’m aiming for Battle Priest too but I always made a supportive-battle-priest in RO so I want something like that here too and that means I care more about cool buffs than actual attack skills. It’s a bit hard to decide for me to actually be a Priest or rather be a Krivis so I can have more buffs on me at once…especially because I like Priest skills more so it will be a rly hard decision. XD And I’m curious about the Army Chaplain too because as I read that will have buffs too… So I dunno yet how would I make mine.
Btw I feel like we don’t know ( at least those who can’t play betas ) enough about skills to make builds properly.
Oh and… isn’t aspersion a magic attack too? I actually felt like that one is the only skill that I would just skip… X)

What is the point of battle priest if u can combine your normal priest with Monk and Paladin? This game does not work like Ragnarok where u are forever Priest.
I know that I meant if it’s a magical or physical attack / INT or STR type

I don’t see why not. Battle Priest in RO was basically a normal hit leveller right? If you just want to go all the jobs and skills and stats to buff your normal hits, then sure go for it. @Ayalon , hmmm… stats do effect damage. STR=physical damage INT=magic damage.
BTW what have you read about Army Chaplain? I haven’t found any real info on that job yet.
getting pardoner is a must for a priest for me… getting max revive for all party members means you will prevent dying once for each party member.
i feel you too… LOL… as i can see from the skill simulator pardoner is a must have job for a priest… making scrolls out of your skills is an OP in boss raids… very hard to say not having played beta though… xD

The question was if any of them affects Aspersio If yes then I guess Aspersio is a magic attack so INT will affect it so it’s not necessarily good for a Battle Priest.
I dunno about the intentions of the op but I actually want to be a buffer with normal attacks. Btw maybe I will a bit more DEX oriented for evasion and crit… it rly depends on a lot of things. X)

btw there is a limit on the number of buffs a character can take. Only krivis class can increase max limit.

Hey! Pardoner is rly good. I dunno however how it will exactly work. Btw because I rly want to avoid Monk it looks like I would be a Pardoner whatever tree I’ll choose. Tbh I would like to know how easy is to make those scrolls. If I could buy or make with another character of mine tons of Daino ( Krivis skill ) scrolls it would be an easy decision to be a Priest with my main.
You should wait for future classes then. Army chaplain class seems like giving melee attacks support for later class. If u chosen to druid instead of Oracle u can use all of monster skill if u have transformed to monster form. Dang I dont know but it would be so awesome if u can Make a scroll out of monster skills and sell them for people… I really hope this is possible…
druid is actually a great ideia =D, buffing up and then transforming into a monster that deals only physical damage, but we still don’t know how this is going to work…
