Iron Hook on enemy removed by allied PD/Miko

Bug Description :
When a corsair use a Iron Hook on enemy (PVP) and a ally Miko or PD2 use dispell skills (gohei / desinchant), the iron hook debuff just get removed.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. use iron hook on a enemy
2. a ally miko or plague doctor 2 uses dispell skills (gouhei / desinchant)
3. The Iron Hook just get removed and the enemy trapped by iron hook gets away … yes, you ally removes a debuff from you enemy.
