IPF Files error

I did delete the folder and reinstalled the game through steam and yet, this error keeps coming to me. I don’t know what to do. Already tried some guides to solve this issue but, nothing helps. First of all, i did not change anything inside the folder…

Do the Cache thing and keep insisting. This is just like the First Day error, you need to insist to enter. D:
