Same. Cant enter anymore. Even after verified via integrity and re-DL all those required ipf files.

Same here mate but it seems SA and EU servers are still working fine.
same here as well. IMC please help us out. i was doing fine awhile back but now i could not get in due to this. kept verifying and re-downloading files but still no luck

Same, tried on multiple accounts and verified integrity with no success. Even removed all add-ons, still nothin’.
Problem is exclusive to SEA and NA, ded gaem, to think I just put in 25$ smh
Stop trying to verify and delete addons and whatever else you’re doing. IMC fudged up the patch.
There’s nothing you can do but wait for them to fix it.

Well I’m not all that familiar with how steam operates, but the only way you could do anything is if you convince steam to Not update to that patch.
I don’t think the servers would let you in even if you could get around steams patcher, but hey, I’m no computer scientist.
Can always try things, just trying to be optimistic when I’m desperate 
same problem here! i just reinstall the game so i dont have any add on but still crash during doing miko quest
Heres the fix, Replace the one in the patch folder
