Hello all , i have the ipf files broken and cant fix that

Bug Description :I.cant play the game, the ipf files are broken, after install w10 the game run perfectly, but on w10 have so much problem , yasterday i can run the game again but ipf files are broken… And dont know how to fix it
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Run tree of savior
- Click enter on server
- Freeze
- ",The .ipf files are broken and cliente shutdown*
