Brazil is a huge demographic for this sort of game. If there were to be a server located somewhere near South America, you would have better ping, better party play, and perhaps even your own server events.
Though, it’s very unlikely, don’t worry too much about it.

Block Brazilian ip will be a mistake because we can not all suffer for the mistakes of some , for many of us played seriously.
Although the error was simplesmenteda STEAM I feel suffering prejudice from the IMC , and also has the factor of under paid to play in advance , as everyone knows the current Brazil the situation for much the amount to pay to play TOS may be symbolic more for us and a lot of money then for these reasons and others who would like to continue playing.
