Failed: Acct Not created After Event (What? - Brand new Steam Account) Instructions not clear about making a Team FIRST.
Might still be able to use Code, IF the error ‘Account not created after’ is fixed.
[Updated] Your friend must have created a Team in-game BEFORE using the code or else the code cannot be used!
They updated the event info like an hour after the bug was reported, not that anyone would notice without constantly visiting the news page

Thanks. I’m just concerned because the error I received is different than the other posters. They all received an error related to their codes being used already, however my error was directed towards the ‘new’ player supposedly not having created their new account AFTER the event (essentially insinuating that the account was already in existence prior to the event). I hope this is not due to both accounts logging in on same PC (at my house), e.g. cookie related and whatnot. Oy Vay. Hopefully IMC will figure a way to deal with all possible errors. The ‘new’ account in my case, is someone who planned on purchasing a token… so, it’s money for the company, IF, we can get past the errors.

Considering how ToS has low population removing the unintended rewards is certainly doable. The backlash shouldn’t be that big of an impact as long as the execution of removing the unintended rewards does not disrupt gameplay or access to players accounts.
However IMC has an amateurish way of dealing with and preventing these kind of issues blowing out of the water. In this current case we can see how slow they react to bugs that could have been dealt with right before making the server go live to the public.
Whether they remove the unintended rewards or not, it doesn’t really matter as they are all consumables and if you keep playing you will inevitably get them (excluding the pet). What the real concern is the quality of service they provide. So IMC now instead of raising your CCU you have put yourself on the chopping block again. 
Just be prepared to be surprised.

Yeah, code is used. Not even fixed, so much for beta testing. No compensation too. Im done with this game if they dont do anything about this. My other friend got all of the reward and got to keep it. While I need still need to convince the new player to play. Haha. Maybe I should not even touch MMORPG.

To everyone, if they managed to ignore your complains and give no compensation and leave other players who lucked with the rewards then you might as well quit the game. If they ignore you once this time, then they might do the same as well in the future. Dont waste your time here and go play another game. Lol. Best of luck to you guys.
