"Invite a Friend" Event Bugged

Date and Time: 8/21/2018 4:52 PM (PST+8:00)

Server Name: Telsiai [SEA]

Team Name: Hisachan

Character Name: Arcanorette

Bug Description: We did not receive any of the said buffs with the “Invite a Friend” event also the NPC in Klaipeda called “Invite a friend helper” says that “you are not eligible for the event” for both me and my friend.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Send the code first to an account without a team
  2. Then the new account receives the code and confirms
  3. New account creates a team and a character
  4. Talk to the NPC

Same thing here, but i saw other players with the red/blue effects on their characters.

Exactly others have said that it was a bug. They weren’t even sure how it worked

Here has an assumption: when you enter the code, the new team need to be created. They check the account when you enter the code. If there is no team, then everything lost. So there is nothing if you create team after entered the code.

Same problem here. Does it require for them to have made a character already and playing before I give them the code? or follow the instructions that doesn’t work?

So the players who did it the wrong way can’t do it again because you can’t create a new code. That’s basically what’s gonna happen if what you’re saying is true.

Well they should’ve made it clear tho. I think there are players who already used their codes and tried the event but eventually failed after talking to the NPC.

It is only an assumption, i need any one who fail/success to prove this. And the event post hasn’t state clear about that. I think IMC may reset the event once ?

Please leave your team name & server to check your validity for event participation
Also,please ask your friend to access the page linked HERE and enter the code you created. Remember that both you and your friend must play on the same server , or you won’t be able to receive the rewards.

In addition to some people not being eligible for the event, some players of [SA] Silute reported that all the rewards of the event can be obtained in lv 50, without having to reach lv 350.

When you’ll do an event without this kind of bug?
