Bug Description :
Ever since the update is when this started, i can’t see my summons and if i do a mission with an NPC that follows me they become invisible and un-clickable. but i know my summons are there because damage is still be done by them, but i can’t see them. i have tried everything i can think of to resolve the problem.

i have Deleted the update folder and let everything re-downloaded. i have repaired, updated, and down graded my graphics drivers and it still did not solve the issue, i even reinstalled the whole game and it still didn’t resolve the problem.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. no steps it is just a recurring problem.

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) :
i mostly use Mouse mode, but i have switched to all the modes doesn’t nothing for my problem

have you tried updating your OS and gpu driver?

this i new to me Owo i wonder if anyone else is having this problem

don’t need to do that, just turn on-off the show character’s effects option and/or change the display settings to low/disable and back to your previous setting

my drivers auto updated when i ran my update system to update my graphics so yes

actually Kihseki i have already done that way before i tried updating things that was my first option i tried and it doesn’t solve the issue.

hmm that’s unfortunate. It happened to me and I only did that and it never happened again. I guess there are other factors causing the issue too.

might as well turn it into a feature lol, turn off summons (maybe even other players). Tree of solo

I cant even see FL’s X and C skill. So much smooth now.

i wouldn’t mind it as long as they gave us like a timer buff for how long our summons would be up i hate walking into a boss fight and slowly realizing i got no support up XD

I’m having the same problem. I also cannot move when I use the sorcerer mount skill. I’ve tried with multiple PCs, so I guess there’s something wrong with the character itself.

I’ll respect the toon to another class and make another toon a summoner, I just hope it doesnt happen again.

i would also like to mention as i have played more despite the constant bug…that a lot of quest objectives and cut-seines are invisible as well, like doing the main building quest series was a nightmare with the candles as i could not see the sequences for the candles.

there was actually a decent addon that did exactly did, I used it for a while, It was kinda strange running dungeons with other people lol, I had to rely on minimap (which is slowly to update) and to the enemies being atked from ghosts XD

I am also passing this error and reading the comments I have a theory how to solve the problem would be to dequire the cards that are in the necronomicon and otrolibro sorceri and take the class again I feel that the problem could be having the letters to reset the class I have not tried yet but it is a theory if someone can do it in what I get to my house to prove it and the result.

a mí también me esta pasando ese error y leyendo los comentarios tengo una teoria como poder resolver el problema seria desequipar las cartas que estan en el necronomicon y el otrolibro del sorceri y volver a tomar la clase correspondientes siento que el problema podria ser el tener equipado las cartas al resetear la clase aun no lo pruevo pero es una teoria si alguien lo puede hacer en lo que llego a mi casa a provarlo y de el resultado

Siento que es un bug por cuestion de tarjetas equipadas solo es una teoria ya que e visto a otros summons bien sin problemas

In the end I changed my dps toon for my summoner and viceversa … the thing is that I had forgotten about the fact that the free class changes were only up to the 29th …
