Invisible Barrier not letting me turn in a quest

Hello, I am having an issue with the "Release Goddess Saule"quest. I was able to enter the barrier earlier but when I tried to turn in this quest, the invisible barrier appeared again and did not let me talk to Saule. If I press the backspace and go inside, nexto to Saule, the barrier kicks me back to where I am. Please help me turning in the quest or somehow making the barrier disappear again. Thank you.
