Instanced Dungeon One Entry Voucher total number has been reduced to one piece

Re posting this from the thread at the other section since no one ever goes there… They increased the remaining time of the Instanced Dungeon One Entry Voucher to 14days but reduced the total number to one (regardless of how many you have before maintenance). @STAFF_Max @STAFF_Yuri @STAFF_Amy @STAFF_Ethan @STAFF_John @STAFF_Ines @GM_Francis Please look into the matter thanks!

Look into the matter? First was unlimited, later 14 days, now is downgraded to 1 entry. You should be grateful that you have this, who knows if in the future you will have to pay medals, tps or gacha stuff to get a +1/2 entry voucher.

Its only visual bug , they are still there and u can use them

In my inventory it says 1, so if I use it up my ticket will still be there?

I used a instance reset voucher and I only got ONE run back.

The following is the list of bugs or issues that has been reported to us and we are aware and currently working on them.

GENERAL

  1. Certain bug reports have been delivered to us regarding the Giftful Season Event Rewards.
  • The number of Instanced Dungeon One Entry Voucher (14 Days) not appearing properly. We would like to assure you that it is only the number you see is misrepresented and the correct number of the item is applied to the system so they can be used without a problem.
  • We are aware of the issue where Enchant Scroll (14 Days) received from the Giftful Season event gets stacked with the now-voided Enchant Scroll (14 Days) from previous events thus rendering them unusable.
  1. The issue with entering Team Battle League is currently being fixed.

We apologize for any and all inconveniences, these issues might have caused.
