Bug Description : All characters in my team did’t get reset Dungeon Entry Count since 6.00pm(EDT) including Dungeon, Saalus, Event and Mission.

All above regarding to this comment A character don't get reset daily Dungeon Entry Count

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Login Account
  2. Check via /Indun command

me too! i did my dungeon last sunday 3pm 16th April 2017 gmt +8 and it doesnt reset until today which is 12am 18th april 2017. please fix this

Do they do anything after u report so many times ? Like give back reset voucher ?
My character also only reset every 2 to 3day … but lazy to report as i see in forum so many ppl complain too

NO they dont care about giving compensation. Even if you sent 5-10 tickets, you will SURELY recieve a very warm and enticing message. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, AUTOMESSAGE! (insert sarcasm here)

You’ll get tired of sending tickets again and again at some point.

Compensation is nowhere fair (I for one got compensated but only for 1 char when my whole team has 6), and it seems figuratively RNG-based in that sometimes they do compensate, sometimes they just ignore sh~t. :confused:

Meanwhile, for some reason other players aren’t affected by this issue and it’s not like we did something intentionally to have caused this on our account.
