Inst. dungeon level difference

Right now the mission monsters are set to equal the highest member in the party’s level.
Also, we can’t deal much damage, or get more than tiny amount of exp, but get hit way harder, if the monster is 10 levels higher than you.
In my opinion those two are good implementations.

Now, could you change the auto party matching system so it pairs up only within less than 10 level range?
Currently it seems to be 15, and the low level people are feeling left out, just a heal consuming burden to the party.

Also, you could change the monsters to equal the average level, not the highest.

Getting one-shotted by 13 lvl+ Poata in Siaulei is no fun. I die, run back, only to find the boss already dead. Is that what you intended, IMC? To provide convenient and more than half legitimate excuse for idling in dungeons? Swordmen and clerics do have to get right close to the monsters to do dmg, you know…
