InitIMCLib error?

Bug Description :
was re-install my STEAM and game client and now it kept showing me this error whenever i try to run the game
Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. open Steam
  2. Run Tree of Savior
  3. it process to do arranging
  4. and error pop-up show as InitIMCLib and game need to be close

On Nvidia CP check if the preferred GPU is in Auto, if it’s, change it to Nvidia.

Also, install the redist in the game folder (DirectX and VCRedist).
