They most likely put a item to sell at a insignificant value, then they CE the āquantityā of the item, not the price. Then you just retrieve your item and sell it to a NPC.
1 item = 10 silver when sold to a NPC
retrieve 999999 items, sell it for 9999990 silver.

Nope, the amount is way higher than this. Like I said, people wont find how to abuse this if no one tell how to do it.
To all of you people trying to get more information so you can exploit this bug:
Donāt be surprised when the ban hammer comes your way.
When you put an item on AH you are just ātradingā with it, so when you put a item to sell, AH remove your item from your inventory and a tax silver from you.
If your item didnāt sell, or you just want to retrieve it, AH just trade your item to you again.
The trick is that you ātradedā 1x item with AH, but using CE you tell the game to give you back 999999 times that item. So you just duplicated your item using AH.
Does oracle show how much they have earned till date or how much they currently have?
If it is the 2nd option, they could simply buy gear or tokens.

the point is why is it a level 1 char only? CE can be used on any level char.

i checked the oracle master and - it saids
Azurah teamās Mirokiz obtained 12,362,920 Silver
plaboo teamās ezez obtained 9,569,982 Silver
Zandrix teamās TigaPana obtained 8,738,553 Silver
So its not very huge amounts. Easily obtainable in late game
