I am facing the same problem, and just after spending a Dungeon Reset Voucher I’ve been saving for weeks.

Already sent a ticket to the Support, let’s hope it gets fixed soon.

Ninguém respondeu ainda, com sorte teremos alguma resposta amanhã. O que eu posso dizer é que o problema acontece somente em Silute (testei em Orsha e posso entrar normalmente), então provavelmente é um problema relacionado ao servidor da América Latina.

No one answered yet, but with some luck we may get an answer tomorrow. What I can say for certain is that this problem is just on the Silute (SA) server (I tried Orsha and no connection errors there), so this is directly related to the Latin America server (which, as we all know, is facing a LOT of connection issues).

I am facing the same problems here. Got disconnected abruptly from game, ando now i cant connect anymore into Silute server, but my friends seems to be able to play normally.

Criem uma conta no Orsha, joguem por alguns segundos, depois deem Logout (NÃO QUITEM DO JOGO), vå para a pågina do servidor denovo, e tente pÎr em Silute. Funcionou comigo!

Just stuck with the “Connecting to server” window.
