Hi, Indonesian Player here.
i’ve read about gemscool cooperation with PlayOneAsia, that Singapore and Malaysia Player will be able to play on Indonesian Server.
this cooperation seems favoring gemscool at first since the delay between SEA and NA is quite troublesome for Malaysia and SingaporePlayers, but the news about a new server will be established in SEA will put this cooperation at risk since SG and MY players must be smart enough to choose the better server between gemscool’s and Steam’s.
now, i’m personally hoping that indonesian server will still be provided with the english pack regardless of the cooperation since playing games in indonesian language is so wrong. indonesian language is not suited for this kind of game settings that roughly translating the original words to indonesian will ruins the game atmosphere. also i have no faith in indonesian translator since they always doing their job poorly, that they wouldn’t even try to make up for our lacks of words in our vocabulary, thanks
You have nothing to worry, it was already arranged by IMC that Gemscool’s version of the game will have the English translations as well due to the fact that it also aims to cater to Malaysian and Singaporean players.
but what if we ended up having zero SG and MY palyers in Gemscool Server that the cooperation will be terminated? Gemscool, without a doubt, will stop releasing english pack for sure since they can save up more money that way, that’s just how they roll
it will be a different story if IMC is the one who will provide the pack, but since gemscool loves to put random custom items to their game, i doubt IMC will be the one who provide it
If that happens I guess your only options would be to instigate a demand for change on Gemscool or have a massive amount of playerbase boycott Gemscool’s ToS
That way, they will lose money and will be forced to drop ToS entirely along with the block that comes with it. After that, feel free to enjoy playing at the SEA server as much as you want 
the thing is only a little of our players can speak english, and our education system is the one to blame for that, since they raised the bar to high that makes the students not interested in english anymore. even if some of us boycotting the game, gemscool won’t even budge since the don’t care about the players at all, as long as they can make profit from the game, also i doubt the numbers of the ones who boycotting will ever reach 1000
Then I guess the only way is to ask IMC for help but I doubt they would notice you/do anything not unless you have the support of many other indonesian players who are going to play on the Gemscool server.
well that’s the reason i created this topic, this topic will also serves as a proof that someone predicted the termination of the english pack support from before the indonesian server released. (yeah gemscool dissapoint us even before the game is released, that’s how terrible gemscool are, not even the date for second Close Beta or Open Beta anounced until this exact time)
FYI their ToS facebook fanpage is filled with hate comments everytime the admin posts some meaningless status update, it’s so funny to watch sometimes XD
