I need 50 points to get this reset, I’m team lvl 50, 3 chars lvl 330 and 3pets lvl 330 because I’m hunter-falconer. However I can’t increase growth without buying a char slot :c this is unfair.
They have to get you to invest in their free game somehow. Tokens and Character Slots are a reasonable thing to charge for.

Why do you have to spend TP to open another slot?
The game is free to play, “TO PLAY”, not to achieve all goals.
Do you want to play a game and don’t want to invest anything in the company that manages it? Do you know that there are professionals working for the game to function?
Do you know that they eat, drink and have families to support?
If you want some feedback you need to invest a bit …
I understand but when u have to pay to accomplish an achivement it becomes a p2w game and i dont like it, there are other ways to get money, on the other hand, if there is "professionals working for the game fuction, as a costumer, Im not gonna pay for a bad function, for example, my hunter-falconer full of bugs since the game was lunched and no intention to make my playgame nicer. im ok with these bugs but pay for it? I really wonder if someone would pay for a broken glass XD
No it doesn’t. Achievements are extra content that is not necessary in order to progress in the game. You can not pay a dime to the company and have max level characters that can participate in all content.
Instead of a class reset, you could re-reroll your character and not pay them anything. You have the choice.

This is in regards to getting the rank reset, that is not at all p2w. That rank reset doesn’t give you am advantage over or extra content that other players can’t get.
It’s actually just a roundabout way of getting rank reset compared to just dropping $10 for the reset pack. This time you have to spend ar least $3 bucks or whatever for the character slot and put in somw work leveling up to get it. In fact, you could most likely get growth lv 13 with just the 6 character slots for free if you have a few rainbow builds lol.
in first place there is an achivement to accomplish, i cant get max lvl in adventure journal without paying.
second, i dont know where are u from, but in my country, with my local money ,it cost more than $3.
third, i cant have 6 character with rainbow build becouse as a hunter- falconer i must have 2 pet, they dont have ranks,use slots. they only gives point for lvl and no points for ranks.
i would like that pets dont use slots, specially for classes that must have pets.
Actually it does seem unfair because ANY item outside the TP shop should be obtainable without having to pay a cent. Also the Developers or GMs or IMC or whoever is running this did not warn us that you had to pay an extra character slot to obtain this item…if anything it should of been implied. Regardless you still don’t have to pay, a update is coming up that will increase character level so you’ll be able to get it that way and who knows you might get a free rank reset voucher in the mail. 
their game, their rule. if you feel unfair, do something (apply job there and change the coding directly), complaining here wont solve anything.
buy tp and play game if you enjoy it. If not, go play something else or live without rank reset from adventure journal. (directed at OP)

Makes me recall the last shitfest in Elsword between bigshot players vs Admin’s.
On the one hand it is pretty scummy of IMC to make a system where you can’t progress without buying TP
On the other hand, it is only $3 , that’s like the price of a beer.
If you really don’t want to buy a character slot you could wait until the level cap is increased and hope having all of them at 360 will give your team level enough of a boost.
When your account already hit lvl75 without any more room for growth progression.
IMC should increased the bar by then so you would need juuust another 5 points to unlock the voucher.

… It’s just achievements. They’re an optional part of the game, not a main or central part of it. It’s just like those games that give you a reward when you log in daily: a nice bonus. That’s seriously all it is: a part of the game to do something and receive nice rewards as a bonus because you play the game heavily.
You don’t have to do them, you aren’t forced, you aren’t losing anything, it’s not like those rewards give you a clear advantages over others.
And they certainly shouldn’t make it available for everybody. That’s actually the opposite. It’s normal that they make the better/more useful rewards only available to the ones who spent TP/money first, as a way to thank them for supporting the game.
I said first because ultimately, as the levels increase and more classes are added, you will eventually get the rewards as well.
You have solutions if you truly want the rank reset asap: delete a pet or buy a slot. You don’t want to do any of those ? Then assume your own choices and reroll your character like so many other people. Or simply be patient.
I suppose that your “3 pets” in your first post is a typo.

the problem is that if i delete my hawk i cant use my falconer anymore, if i delete my rocksodon i lose my money invest on it because i cant get it back again, and if i delete my green penguin i cant get one again, furthermore i need 2 pets, one for my falconer(hawk) and other for my hunter skill so im in disadvantage compare with other player than can have 1 pet and 4 char, i forgot to mention that i have bought an slot to get this leaf penguin.
You are unwilling to spend for extra slot, and you play exactly the class that cost extra slot. Whose fault is that I wonder.

Most of us has been there for lots of reason.
Many people I know and even I, have deleted couples of lvl330 chars and start over.
greed is not good, OP. it is just a virtual item, in the end it doesnt even matteeer~
earth wont stop rotating if you delete pet or can’t get rank reset.
