Bug Description : Equipping a +5 Seeker on a Ranger and trying to increase any status point gives incorrect status changes.
steps to reproduce the issue :
- Equip Seeker (Not sure if it needs to be enhanced to +5 or not)
- Put a point into any stat
- Look at what gets modified
